If you receive errors such as “Invalid credentials” or “Authentication failed”, it indicates that the API credentials configured in your module are incorrect or incomplete.
Resolution:
Review and verify the following details in your OVH module configuration:
- Application Key
- Application Secret
- Consumer Key
If needed, regenerate the API credentials from your OVHcloud account and update them in the module settings.
2. Access Denied (Deprecated or Unauthorized Plan)
If you encounter the error “You are not allowed”, it typically means the selected OVHcloud product or plan is no longer available or has been deprecated.
Resolution:
- Choose an alternative active plan from OVHcloud
- Re-import updated packages via:
Addons → OVH Dedicated & VPS Server Module → Product Settings
