What could be the reason if i have setup the email piping properly but still email system clients do not receive data or information from their servers?
There can be multiple reason for mail not sending to the user. You can check yourself.
Follow the below easy steps:
1). Check you are getting the OVH mail in your main inbox / spam or custom folder because our script only read the mail from inbox folder.
2). Our email piping supported only below language , if you are getting the mail in other language than you must need to request ovh to change your language.
VPS Module :

3). Check have you configured the soyoustartcron_vps.php and soyoustartcron_dedicated.php cron files in your cron job.
4). Check the cron logs in SoYouStart addon module under cron tab what are you getting in message.
