We go some queries from our customers that their HostX website header is not working with PHP 7.3.
To make it work perfect follow these steps:
Step 1 - Login to your WHMCS admin
Step 2 - Go to Setup > General Settings
Step 3 - Select Security Tab under General Settings
Step 4 - You will see that the "allow Smart PHP tags " is disabled. You need to Enable this feature.
Step 5 - Now switch to the "Others" tab under general settings.
You will see "Encoded File Loading Feature" is selecting "Do not load files encoded with ionCube for unknown PHP targets"
Step 6 - Select "Attempt To Load Files" Here and click on save changes.
Your header issue will be resolved automatically.
