This error occurred when module not able to find source VM template for cloning. Module store the source VM template name in the module custom DB table. If you manually rename or remove from your vCenter or ESXi host then module will show this error "Sample VM Not Found (Reinstall VM)". To fix it follow below steps.
- Go to WGS VMware addon module
- Go to OS Mapping >> VM Cloning/Mapping
- Edit that specific OS that you or your customer selected for reinstall
- Choose the "Sample VM name" again and save the changes
- After that try to reinstall again it will work
