If you are getting blank screen or module is not displaying any option that means that language is not supported and you need to select English language.
If you want to switch to your language then you need to create yourlanguage.php page in whmcs/modules/addons/vmware/lang in your FTP area and and make a copy of English.php to dutch.php and edit this dutch.php file and translate the whole content in your language.
