In this article we will be tackling the situation where after clicking on the order in the side menu as shown below in the screenshot the other menu stops working.
This usually occurs because the URL of the menu takes the base URL as the store page link, Mostly you will encounter this issue in the WHMCS subfolder.
Step 1: Log in to WHMCS Admin
Step 2: Go to Addons > WGS ClientX > Side/Top Menu Manager
Step 3: As shown in the screenshot below once you are in the below shown page, Search for the menu, here we are searching for my domains menu.
Step 4: You can find this link in the frontend by just hovering over the link as shown below, you will see the link at the end, just copy it and search on the search bar.
Step 5: Once you get the search results you will see an edit option on the right hand side just click on it.
Step 6: Once you open the edit screen you will see URL option as shown below just put the forward slash ( /) at the start.
Step 7: After adding the forward slash as shown below just click on save.
Note : Repeat the same process for all the other menus.
