If you have getting this error "IP not found in datacenter", follow the given below steps to solve this issue.
1) Login as your WHMCS admin panel then go to "Addons" >> "WGS VMware" addon module >> "IP Mapping".
2) Make sure you have added the IP with selected datacenter or also there are free IP's with selected datacenter.
3) Our module is working with two ways like (from ISO files and clone from existing VM). if you are creating the VM from existing VM then go to "Setup" >> "Products/Services" >> "Module Setting" there is an option like "Create VM from existing Virtual Machine". Please make sure you have enabled this option of not.
