Most of the users face this issue after the installation of the HostX theme. The image on the banner shown broken sometime.
Here is the way to fix it permanently. As you know that HostX has advanced page manager feature which let you manage all the pages instantly without going into the codes.
Here is the procedure you need to follow:
Step 1: Login WHMCS admin.
Step 2: Go to Addons > WGS HostX
Step 3: Go to Advanced Page Manager
Step 4: Find the page for which you want to fix this image issue.
Step 5: Let’s find the gamer server page.
Step 6: Edit the page
Step 7: Find whether the Banner image is showing broken
Step 8: Browse and Assign the image to the banner.
Step 9: Publish the page
