In such cases, please check whether your HostX license is showing Invalid, if it is showing invalid then you need to raise a ticket to reissue the license. In case it is showing valid then you need check whether you have uploaded the correct files. Normally users upload wrong PHP Encoded files that cause such issues. 

Now you need to check the PHP version of your WHMCS Ioncube Encoder. Open your FTP and view any index.php file.

 

In the starting you will see this code line:

<?php //ICB0 56:0 71:237a?><?php //00ee8

 

If it shows “ICB0 56:0 71:237a” it means you need to install HostX PHP Version 5.6 -7.2 encoded files. If you are running on PHP version 7.3 still you have to upload the HostX 5.6-7.2 encoded files.

In case you have uploaded the correct files then you need to check whether your hooks are disabled from the WHMCS configuration files, you need to enable the hooks from the whmcs configuration file. 

In case if it still does not works, please raise a ticket at our customer service center and we will check.
