In case you want to change the text or image on the refunds and cancellation page of the HostX theme, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1 - Login FTP or Cpanel
Step 2 - Go to WHMCSdir/Templates/HostX/
Locate the refund-and-cancellation-policy.tpl file, take a backup of the file, and edit it. From this file, you can change any section of the page. Change the text and images or anything from this file.
You need to have the knowledge of HTML, Smarty & PHP for this, in case you want us to do the customizations, you are welcome to raise a ticket at our support center to get it done.
Please Note: Texts that are coming from Language Variables can only be changed from the language files.
