Follow the steps below to upgrade your existing module to the latest version within your WHMCS installation.
- Login to your WGS Client Area: https://members.whmcsglobalservices.com/login
- Navigate to My Services.
- Click on your purchased WHMCS AI Helpdesk Assistant module product/service.
- From the left-hand menu, click on Downloads or click on View All Downloads.
- Download the latest version of the module files according to your PHP and IonCube versions.
- Extract the downloaded files on your computer.
- Connect to your WHMCS server via FTP, cPanel, Plesk, or any preferred file manager.
- Upload the new files to the corresponding paths within your WHMCS installation, replacing the old ones.
- Once uploaded, log in to your WHMCS Admin Area.
--> Navigate to Addons → WGS AI Helpdesk Assistant.
Your module is now successfully updated and ready to use.
Note: Before performing the upgrade, always take a complete backup of your WHMCS database and module files to prevent data loss.
