Step 1: Take a complete backup of your WHMCS Instance DB backup also recommended(Highly Recommended)
Step 2: Download the files from the WGS Client area
Step 3: Extract the new files
Step 4: Override all the root files.
Step 5: Override the addons folder at whmcsdir/modules/addon
Step 6:Upload the files over the template folder at whmcsdir/templates/
Step 7: Upload the files over the orderform folder at whmcsdir/templates/orderform
Step 8: Add new language variables:
Step 9: Go to public_html/whmcsdir/lang/overrides/
Step 10: Open and edit the english.php file. If you want to add content for any other language you need to add the new lang variables according to the language file.
Step 11: Add the following lang variables:
$_LANG['deliver_in'] = "Delivered in:";
$_LANG['configure_btn'] = "Configure";
$_LANG['result_found'] = "Results Found";
$_LANG['dedicated_cpu'] = "CPU";
$_LANG['dedicated_ram'] = "Ram";
$_LANG['dedicated_disk'] = "Disks";
Step 12: Login WHMCS admin
Step 13: Go to Addons WGS HostX.
Step 14: Click on the upgrade database button
Step 14: Now click on the update database
